After 3 mins, add all the vegetables, stir well.

Place the lid of the pan/pot, and then simmer it for about 10 minutes by checking it every 3 mins.
Now, add the spaghetti into the veggies, then add the soya sauce and the sesame oil and stir all together, and then let it simmer for another 10 or 15 mins (note to check it).
